I am very impressed with the quick turn around in addressing a problem I had. Wuala was crashing with memory errors and I was ready give up, thinking it was too bug to rely on, and believing it would be months before another release that may address the bug.

However after posting in the forums I was quickly approached by an employee. I posted some debug info. And in less than a day they tracked down the memory leak and fixed it. Then next day I was using Wuala and it was perfectly stable. I am totally impressed.
