I can't download files over 1gb from my 11gb account
I have uploaded two .avi video files over 2 gbs in size to my 11gb Wuala account. When I try to download these files to another computer, only 1gb of the file gets downloaded. WHY? I paid for the extra storage space to send video to clients and it doesn't even work. Please help!

Inappropriate?It seems the videos were not uploaded completely. It is a known issue, if you ask me.
Try to upload the remaining part.
If you are really sure, you have uploaded the file completely and it works neither, try the webinterface via Secret Link. When your file is 100% on the server, you have to be able to download it. Mostly. -
Inappropriate?I've got the same problem. I've uploaded several rar files around 3-4gb and i can only retreive from Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari 1gb of these files. This is a huge problem for me. No resume possible, so all I get is only corrupted files.
And when I download from Wuala, Wuala crashes 3 or 4 times during the download (had to restart computer/app and relaunch the download).
I have a "pro" account of 51gb. (Crashes occurs on Win Vista 64 and Win 7 64)

we found a bug in a third party programm who has limit the possible download size via the Webinterface to 1GB.
We will fix this bug in the next days.
