why would something be illegal in general without the proper definition of limits, borders and circumstances.
your friends makes no sense if he only says something is legal or illegal. theres much more to a thing that cant be told in one simple statement or sentence.
your friends probably scaring or kidding you or just plain stupid if hes saying such trivial things. -
