new feature? database cleanup - during every startup of wuala?
hi there,
apparently there is a new feature during startup, named database cleanup. defragmentation of the datastorage or such.
interestingly i have never seen this window up til now, but it comes up during every restart of the wuala client (win32, b446).
is this the normal behaviour?

Inappropriate?Hi nickname, it's only supposed to run once, not on every startup. Is there a Stamps0.db file in Wuala's Data/Meta/ folder? And if yes, is it larger than 0? If both is the case, the cleanup shouldn't be triggered on startup.

Inappropriate?its there
2008.06.19 13:40 0 Stamps.lock
2008.06.19 15:22 427.341 Stamps0.db
will it ever go away? whats the details (technical) about database maintenance? any documentation about its behaviour and such?
is database maintenance supposed to finish in one run at the beginning of wuala startup? as i see the maintenance window and its still running in maintenance when the logon window of gui-wuala appears.
i have tried stopping and starting wuala many times over. its always running the maintenance.
maybe it needs many attempts to defragment inside the database as i have really a big local storage my wuala client tells me.
whatever.
cheers.
