I miss 1 Gb from invited friend.
I miss 1 Gb from completed Survey.
2 weeks has gone by and there are no sign of them yet.
Sure there are more important things to take care of in alpha-stage,
but I think Wuala will find it hard to flourish when these things are neglected.
After all, Wuala is mainly about storage and when I do something to increase my storage I simply expect that there will be an REaction.

I'm sorry. We just saw that we had some problems with the list, i.e. if your username didn't have the exact spelling (capital letters, etc.) as it had on our survey list, it didn't work. We're just looking right into it.

Is the problem with spelling of my username affecting this aswell?

Inappropriate?The spelling of your username does not matter as this extra gig is given by the system and not manually. Most likeley your friend used another invitation code. If you are sure this was not the case you can send me an email (support@wua.la) with your usernames and the used invitation code.
