sync-up existing directory
Hi There,
I have loads of data 60+GB in a certain directory uploaded to Wuala already. Now we luckily are able to create auto sync "backup folders" - now i would like this one directory to be synchronized with the data on my disk but there unfortunately is no option to sync-up a already existing folder with one on the local disk - which is very unfortunate!
I don't want to upload 60Gigs again. That'd be taking forever an exceed my transfer volume by far. Can this be added? That would be appreciated very much!

Inappropriate?just create a backupfolder for that content. Wuala will reckognize that these files are already online and tag them as online at once, without second upload. This is one of the primary features of Wuala. Files wich are online could be located with the file hash.
Oh and please update yourbookmark and use https://forum.wuala.com/ for further discussion. ;) -
Inappropriate? But I don't have enough space available to create another directory with the same size parallel to it. Hence I think a "convert" option would be sweet.

Inappropriate? If the files are exactly the same, the needed space won't be counted twice, so just try it and see what happens ;-)

Actually I think it's working that way now, just didn't realize how i should do it before. Thanks :) Wuala is awesome! Love it, both thumbs up! -
Inappropriate?I did try this but it told me that i would not have enough space available and brought up a box that offers me to buy more storage or to share more but I have been sharing already ansd don't wanna buy more...

hmm. create an empty backup and put the files into your local backupfolder part by part? Maybe they build such a function, but surely not fast, so...
