Use cache as "upload turbo"

Since popular files are likely to be found in more people's caches maybe you could enable uploading from the cache as well. This would also make it easier to get mor storage space sice you can control how many files are in your cache. Of course the contribution of cached files to your space has to be controlled somehow (so you can't set a cachesize of 50 GB, start downloading, then upload your files and then clear the cache...)

My solution:
You can get 10% of your max. donated storage as a bonus from the cache.

Example:
20 GB donated (all 20 GB full)
100% uptime
1GB base storage
10 GB Cache (full)

Now: 21GB
After using the cache: 23GB

If I set my donated files to 100GB:
Now: 101GB
After using the cache: 111GB

This would encourage people to donate more space, since they get a 10% bonus if they share up to 10 times their cache size.
Since you want to implement some kind of "immediately more space from donating" without having to wait for Wuala to request that space this could also be some kind of solution I guess...
Just encrypt cache files to your donated space and flag them as "unimportant" so you don't have to write dummy files to ensure that the space is even there.
Inappropriate?
