Why is my earned storage not available, even after 17% of online time?

I have my wuala PC running all day long. My Internet connection is capable of earning storage, and my Online-Time Indicator is at 17%. But the earned storage is not available to my account, so I cannot use it. So when will earned storage be made availbe?

  If you read the Wuala notes in the program, it says online item is a long-term average and that at most your percentage increases at max 3% per day. So, under the 3% per day rule, it would take at least 6 days for you to exceed the 17% online time.

  I don't mean to be insulting, but it appears that you misunderstood the question. It clearly states that the indicator is at 17% which would only happen after the 6ish days you mention. That however doesn't seem relevant to me. (Delete or Edit for 15 minutes)

  My Ubuntu box has earned enough uptime: indicator is at 20%, but the earned data is not added to my space. This could be caused by the fact that wuala can't save my Trade Storage options.
