Wieso kann ich keine Dateien über 200kb herunderladen/öffnen?

Wenn ich Dateien herunterladen will (auf lokalen Datenträger), welche grösser sind als 200kb, kommt folgende Fehlermeldung: "X kann nicht kopiert werden: Der Remotespeicherdienst konnte die Datei nicht zurückrufen"

Woran kann das liegen? Die Ports sind geforwartet, Verbindungsprobleme gibt es nicht.
Ich arbeite mit WIndows XP Pro SP3.

  if you are uploading ..you have set upload to high...
  if you have any file in upload you have set upload to low...
  
  better is to set your upload to 50% of your max upload
