Please do not mark things as solved without customer verification. -
Youre right. I did not see that there is a problem with joining groups. Sorry. -
Inappropriate? At http://www.wuala.com/Wuala in Wuala I am already joined.
At http://www.wuala.com/Wuala%20Community in Wuala when I click 'Join', nothing happens.
I’m frustrated
-
Inappropriate? Thanks for the reply. There must be a problem with the process to join groups..
-
Inappropriate? In reply to bagelcat at http://getsatisfaction.com/wuala/topi...
No, my join of http://www.wuala.com/Wuala was long ago. Probably on the same day that I began using Wuala. -
Inappropriate?Might the white space or aliasing be contributory to the problem?
-
Invitation accepted, thanks.
Resolution should involve a check that the 'Join' link works as expected for non-members. -
Inappropriate?Hi Graham,
we have tested joining of groups and writing files into them, but could not discover any problems. Do you have had similar problems in any other group? -
I'm a member of only three groups (until recently, only two).
The issue occurred when I clicked the 'Join' link, nothing happened. What should normally happen when that type of link is clicked?
I might try leaving then re-joining the three that I have joined... -
Hi Graham,
if you join a private group after accepting an invitation, the main Window move inside that group. When you join a public group, you will not see any directly change, for you have already the group window active.. Thanks that you give us that point. We will make a popup that confirme the join of the group.
I you like to, please leave and rejoin your public groups to proove that everything is working well for you.
Greets,
Bernd -
Inappropriate?1. I left two groups: Wuala Community, and Wuala.
2. In the Wuala application at http://www.wuala.com/Wuala I click 'Join'.
3. In the Wuala application at http://www.wuala.com/Wuala%20Community I click 'Join'.
4. In the Wuala application at wuala.com/mygroups neither of the two groups are listed. -
I need more information to resolve this. Are there any error messages or similar? If not, I have no idea what goes wrong. As a last measure, you could send me your password (luzius@wuala.com) so I can decrypt the data and see what's going on. But I also understand if you don't want to do so. -
Inappropriate? No error messages. Simply, nothing happens when I click the word 'Join'.
Can Wuala be run in debug mode to gain a deeper view of what's happening?
