How is WWF financed: is it a QUANGO?

The answer is no, we are not a Quango (according to the definition I understand):

"an organisation to which government has devolved power"

We are an independent organisation:

But we do get funding from some Government aid agencies in order to carry out specific and targeted projects that align with our projects and ultimate goals/mission:
