Is there anyone else frustrated with microsoft and their XBOX?
Microsoft sucks!! XBOX went TU 17 days after warranty ended. They weren't willing to help in any way unless we payed $99 (plus tax) to send it in and fix it. Will only give us one month compensation for our 12 month live cards we can't use now! UGGHHH! Plus customer service comes from India and you can't understand what they say. Very frustrating. Has anyone else had this problem?
