Recently changed my gamertag.

About a week or so ago I changed my gamertag but XboxTweet has been posting tweets about me playing Halo 3. I looked today and it looks like someone has now taken my old tag "Falling Awake" is there any way I can stop this service completely? I'm kind of tired of Halo 3 tweets and achievements displaying that I'm not unlocking.
