Why can't I even get a human response from your help system?

This is the second time Ive submitted this, its hard to understand whats going on with your site! My MP3 player (which I really like!) stopped working, after only using it 3 or 4 times. When I "boot" it, I get the "LOADING" message forever. I have tried when it is connected via USB to my computer or when its not. I am really frustrated! Please tell me what I can do to reset it so it will work again. This is the second time I have submitted this ticket and come to the ticket viewing screen. I have no idea if the ticket will actually be submitted this time! Please send me a response at jackkosoff@yahoo.com as soon as you can to at least confirm receipt of this message. I am beginning to think this purchase was a mistake....

I have been waiting over two weeks for a response. Of course, I have been without my MP3 player over the holidays, a time I would have used it a lot. Is there any chance anyone is going to respond to my email? I feel I have been cheated here. I bought your device in good faith. I really like it (when it works!), but I KNOW it should work for longer than two weeks. I sent my note in good faith, hoping there may be a simple solution for my problem. I cant even get a response from you. What do I have to do?

Nearly six months have gone by, and I haven't even received a response to my trouble tickets! Obviously, Xtatix is NOT a reputable, reliable organization. I strongly urge everyone to avoid buying any of their products.
