we do support your handset model. did you download your copy of xumii from getjar or from our website?
Would you be able to try this: point your mobile phone's web browser to http://m.xumii.com/get and download xumii again. We have been making some changes and ahve a new copy build out. -

the problem might be network / TCP settings. Do you have other connected mobile apps that you've downloaded?
Try this. From the home menu of your BlackBerry go to Options -TCP
Try one of these settings depending on your account set-up:
T-Mobile (T-zone Setting One)
GPRS APN: wap.voicestream.com
Username: [blank] or your T-Mobile username
Password: [blank] or Your T-Mobile Password
or
T-Mobile (Internet)
