I opened a email account with you guys with a fake birthday because I never give out my real one.. I have to reset my password now what? When I go to validate your identity it fails mainly because of this issue. It's been about two years since I have been able to log on and wish to get back into my account for contact purposes
My dad is locked out of yahoo after answering an e-mail from yahoo asking to verify username & password. Now city of birth & password no match. What happened and can it be fixed?
