Hi!! I once created a new yahoo account, but a day later i deactivate it. However within the week, I reactivated the account by going to the log in page... mail.yahoo.com, putting in the username and password i had created back then. I was asked if i want to reactivate i said yes, and the next time i logged in after 5 minutes my account was activated...i think if you have not passed the 90days, you can reactivate the account. Hope it works. God bless

Inappropriate?Once you have killed it, it is dead, deceased, and gone. Sorry, it can't be done. You have to read an awful lot of warnings, and Yahoos figure if you've seen the very serious warnings, you really meant to delete it, and what was on their servers gets overwritten very quickly.
