Inappropriate?Great point! Even Flickr now supports both styles. You'd think they could easily swap some best practices since they're both Yahoo companies.
I’m tagless in San Francisco

Inappropriate?I totally agree. I don't know if the new version supports this yet. I know they are considering it. In my opinion comma delineated tags have won. So I hope that delicious will follow. It's not an easy thing to switch though, so keep that in mind.
I’m feeling your pain

Inappropriate?I'm not sure if this is related, but ~many of my tags have two versions: one without a comma after and one with a comma after. For example, I have these two tags in delicious: "browser" and "browser,"
The worst part of this is that I have no idea how to fix it. When I edit the bookmark with a commas after the tag, it looks normal.
I’m annoyed

Inappropriate? If you edit a bookmark that has tags with commas, you'll see that the tag input box looks like "web browsers, bugs, chrome". You can get rid of those comma-tags by editing that box to look like "web browsers bugs chrome".
We know that some people prefer comma-separated tags, and we've been thinking about how to gracefully include them in Delicious, perhaps as an option. We've had space-separated tags since the start, so we have to keep all edge cases in mind. -
Inappropriate? Thanks for the fix, and for considering the issue. I would also like to have comma-separated tags as an option. Two word tags are the future man!
I’m hopeful
