How do I get Yahoo security to respond to my Email being Hyjacked
I Received an email at my alternate Email address saying that my password has been changed at my Yahoo Account.. I never changed my password. So I alerted Yahoo security; but the only way to contact them was through Email. Now my information is compromised; by the lack of security on Yahoo systems. I established my I.D in the 1980s or 90s and I am expected to know what security questions that I requested to be asked of me without them asking me and I give them the answers. I have all my information and I feel that I am at the mercy of whom ever hijacked my account. They have all my contacts and information. My Identity has been compromised, and Yahoo has allowed this to happen while giving me no answers. What can I do????

Inappropriate?Gesh! I have this same problem! I have been locked out of my account now for 2.5 months with no success at getting reset to regain access to my email. Meanwhile, I am receiving more emails in my alternate email addy indicating my password has been changed. I offered to drive down to Sunnyvale and prove that I am me with my id's and everything. They rejected that suggestion and instead have been wasting my time for 2.5 months with snail mail while the account is still compromised and YAHOO refuses to help me regain access to see what kind of damage is being done. I am also VERY PISSED OFF. I feel your pain. I think they have a bunch of yahoos writing up their account security policies. So stupid!
