I recieved a bill for a service I never ordered.

I recieved a 24.00 credit card bill for a yahoo personals california when I never ordered it. How do I get my money back and trace this fraud.

  You should probably let your credit card bank know right away so they can reverse the charge and investigate for you.

  Same is happening to me and I am getting nothing but run around from Yahoo. Cancel the Personals but they took my money anyway when they canceled the service! I have called, written and same story.....we are refunding your account...it's been almost two weeks. At the very least they should have kept the account active or given me a credit or something. I plan to cancel yahooafter having for almost 10 years!

  Call 866-800-8092 between 9AM and 9PM Eastern Time, and select 'billing, other' from the prompts
