Is there a way to bulk-mark bookmarks as "public"?

Is there any way to bulk-mark all of my bookmarks as "public"?

If not, is this something that's on Yahoo!'s radar for the future?

  No, not right now, but we know this is inconvenient and we're working on some better editing tools for the future.
