Need help reactivating my Yahoo account. Please help!
My Yahoo account (quan09) suddently stopped working over the weekend. I am unable to check email or log into Messenger. I called Customer Service and they said my account was deactivated for violating the Terms of Use on Yahoo! Answers. I have NEVER used that service so I'm not sure why my account got deactivated for no reason. The rep would not give me an email or phone number to speak to someone in the Abuse department directly about reactivation. Please help me get it reactivated. I've had this account for over 10 years and will lose all my emails and contact info. Thanks for your help.

Inappropriate?There is no phone number to call Abuse.
Likely, you had a weak-to-feeeble password, and someone hacked in. Password guessing bot software can guess the majority of passwords in use today. Yahoo! now has a password checker which encourages you to use a strong password, but many folks still have old passwords which are not strong.
Everyone, PLEASE visit http://www.microsoft.com/protect/your... and create the strongest password possible, then use it.
