No Customer Service? = NO CUSTOMERS!
PLEASE HELP! A YAHOO USER HACKER CANNOT BE STOPPED BY YAHOO?! MY ISSUE IS NOT THE SPAM! For the first time in over 10 yrs, my Yahoo mail has been hacked. This fraud started a week ago, and I have called and sent several reports on Yahoo mail-abuse. Not only did the hacker SPAM all My Contacts, but continues to show up in my forwarded and Sent Mail as 'From', AND also has a Yahoo ID as the 'Reply To'. I have had no help from Customer Service!

Inappropriate?Have you looked at the full headers and checked the sending email IP address using the Reverse WHOIS lookup of WHOIS.NET ? Sounds like you may have an acquaintence whose PC has been taken over by a spambot and they, of course, have your data.... but to make sure it's not yours, please make sure your security software is up to date.
