I coounnot open my yahoo.co, e-mal after repeated attemps. Today, I was able to see the web-page but was not able to open my e-mail?

Inappropriate?i have been having this problem for several months. i thought it was just that i am an amateaur on the computer and that i was doing something wrong. or that my computer (that i got second hand from a friend of a friend) had something wrong with it. some days i can get on and i think i figured it out then the next day nothing i try gets me in. whats a girl to do????
