not able to open my mails. error code 4 shows in yellow dialogue box.

dear sir,\r\nmy email id is amit_46141@yahoo.co.in\r\nwhenever i open my mail this error msgs comes in yellow dialogue box. m not able to open my mails
my alternative gmail id is amitkapur7@gmail.com
pls resolve my problem as soon as possible the error msg which i get is given below.

Are you trying to access a message that's been moved or deleted? Try going to the folder it's in (e.g., Inbox, Trash) and selecting the message from there. If you've tried this, and relaunching Yahoo! Mail doesn't work either, feel free to contact Customer Care about Error Code 4.

Please note that messages deleted from the Spam folder cannot be retrieved.
