VERIZON FIOS UPDATE STARTS WHEN ???

I have Verizon Fios service. Yahoo was supposed to roll out a new interface about 3 weeks ago. I still see the same version of Verizon Yahoo browser look (inside of both IE7 and FF3). Any ideas on the situation?
