Yahoo! E-mail not syncing with Windows Live Mail

Hi there, I'm having trouble getting Windows Live to download my Yahoo! e-mails. It keeps saying my account has been temporarily deactivated, but I can log on it just fine from www.yahoo.com. Any help?
