Yahoo Voice Service is less than they say it is

I recently signed up for a Yahoo phone in number on the Yahoo Voice service and paid in advance for one year of service with permits people to call my computer from their land phone and also permits me to call land and cellular phones from my computer. Included in the service is caller id of my Yahoo number but after signing up and paying for one year service in advance I subsequently learn that the caller id portion of the service contracted for is not being provided by Yahoo and when I speak to a customer server person online at Yahoo Voice I am informed that they have no idea when this part of the service will be provided nor are they willing to provide financial compensation for that part of the contracted service that they are not providing. This is just another example of why Yahoo is losing market share and their current stock price reflects this company's prospects for the future.
