Does Yap require a replacement of existing VMS hardware or work with it? If the answer is either...kindly define the advantages of one over the other.

Yap doesn’t require the replacement of existing voicemail hardware, as we are a hosted service, which integrates with your current infrastructure to provide fully automated transcriptions. We provide multiple connectivity options and have interfaced with numerous voice message-recording systems.
