Yelp.com "talk" is completely out of control!
Yelp.com "Talk" discussions are out of control. By design Yelp, Inc. encourages unmoderated personal attacks as a form of entertainment and refuses to provide any control of user "talk" comments. No action is taken when users "flag" a comment as inappropriate. Users who send personal emails to help@yelp.com do not get "helped." Yelp, Inc. SHOULD be (1) deleting threads or posts that are personal attacks and (2) deleting users who are repeatedly causing problems. Yelp would be a much better experience and more in sync with the "Real People, Real Reviews" theme if the talk threads were properly moderated. Jeremy S. (CEO) and his team continue to take a hands off approach. Too bad.

Inappropriate?I agree! Other sites like http://www.ReviewPage.com and http://www.InsiderPages.com are moderated more closely and stuff like this tends to not happen.
I’m happy

Inappropriate?trolls are a problem everywhere on the internet- don't feed them.

Inappropriate?YELP SUPPORTS THE ABUSE OF WOMEN
Not only is it out of control, but managements response is ass backwards. One user in Chicago was harassing someone, denying that she was a rape victim. Yelp's response was not to delete the harasser, but to delete the victim, and those that stood up for her.
I’m outraged!
