Inappropriate? Thanks for the feedback. Could you be more specific about what steps you are taking in the application? And are you using the web application or the mobile software?
-
Inappropriate?I am using both. However I was referring to not being able to figure out where to add feeds or bundles to what I wanted to track.
I looked at the help and found that you create a bundle or take an already created bundle and delete what you do not want.
Then you can also search for feeds. For example, since Fox is the most watched news organization, I looked for it and did not find it. Strange.
However by searching in the Feed box I found it and added it to my bundle.
Be happy to add anything to you need to know.
You obviously have a great idea. I always like to help great ideas become greater if possible. -
Inappropriate?Charles,
We appreciate the feedback, and your willingness to help improve the product. Reports like this are very helpful.
Feed discovery is a priority area for improvement. We know there are limitations to the Search. Our search provider caps the amount of results we can display and that isn't good enough. We are looking for other solutions.
We are also looking at streamlining the feed and bundle management. It's a bit complex by nature, and we've been reviewing ways to simplify.
Thanks and we hope you enjoy using YomoMedia.
