Email password reminder not allowing access-need help with reset

I can not log in to my account. My husband tried his and became frustrated after several email resets still did not solve the issue. The only thing we have done, was not sign-in for two months due to family illness. My mother said her account is doing the same thing. I see there is no help for over a month here in topics. Should I report the issue to the Vilition forums and ask for help from people over there?

    We respond here on a regular basis to threads that need attention. We also respond daily to email requests sent to support@youdata.com. I see an email from someone matching you circumstances and I responded there accordingly. Here is the basis of that response for the benefit of all others:

    I've taken a look at your account(s) and I also will assume that you are the Michelle that left a request at getsatisfaction.com so I'll answer there as well.

    Your three accounts were disabled on June 26 by an automated fraud prevention process. There are two things in particular that were flagged. One is that we currently only allow two people per household and you had three. Additionally, the accounts were flagged as having been accessed over some period of time by the same person.

    In your case, I will be happy to re-enable two accounts of your choice but please know that our Terms of Service requires that each account holder access his/her account only. The advertisers are paying for each targeted individual's attention. Logging in to an account other than your own violates that agreement.

    Thanks for your understanding and let me know which two you would like enabled.
