unable to log in at main page or to ads
I attempted to login using the same userid/password that I have been using for months. I received an error message that the password was invalid. I thought the password might have expired, so I chose to reset the password. When I type in the new password from the email that I received, I'm still getting the same error. My userid is young01.

I'm sorry to say that you appear to have been disabled by our new automated fraud prevention process. I took a look at all of the accounts that were associated with "young01" and it appears as though all of your accounts were disabled.
YouData currently allows two people per household with the additional consideration that each person must access his/her account only.
