Recently active problems in YouTube

i can't dispaly my personal info on my personal channel for 3 months now, it looks all blank. Please help me and fix my problem.

I need to set my featured video on my personal channel to play instantly once my id is clicked by anyone.

I have started to use the multiple uploader, which is a brilliant idea YouTube (y), and I haven't had many problems with it until recently.

3 days ago I uploaded a video just over 100MB, well under the 1GB YouTube multiple uploader allows, and it went up without a hitch.
For the past two days I have been trying to upload similiar videos and each time the uploader will cut out around a percentage (usually around 80%) and the status will return to saying 'uploading...' as it does at the start.

I have tried just uploading one video on it at a time rather than 3 in a queue but I'm still getting the same problem.

It gets incredibly frustrating having to wait up 2 hours+ at a time for an error to occur without and reason given as to why it's cutting out.

Any idea why the uploader is behaving in this way?

I keep getting a TRANSIENT_ERROR when I use Youtube's Multi Video Uploader. What is a TRANSIENT_ERROR and how do I fix it? I shoot video in batches and if I have to upload them one at a time, I'd go nuts!
