Hey Peter. Your profile is being updated but you have to change the font color to see it. To see for yourself, push "Ctrl + A" when looking at your page and it will select all the text. You should see stuff like:

Joined: June 03, 2007
Last Sign In: 23 hours ago
Videos Watched: 3,601
etc. You need to fix the background color and text color on the channel design page (http://www.youtube.com/my_profile_theme). "#ffffff" and "#FFFFFF" are white and "#000000" is black.

Inappropriate?How strange! I have never heard of anyone else having this problem. Do you have a link to your profile? I don't know what would cause your channel to be blank.

Inappropriate?If you select the text you will see it is there. For some reason the font color is white on a white background. You can fix this on the channel design page. Let me know if I misunderstood the problem.

Want to find out why after I click on my Personal Channel I can still see for 1 second the previous purple background b4 showing the new "tiger pattern one, is it my P.C.'s fault?

Inappropriate?The purple background is a similar problem. Look for #990099 on the channel design page and change it to something like black (#000000) or orange (#FF9900).
