No Full Screen on Embedded videos!

Why does YouTube prevent watching embedded videos in Full Screen? Is there a way to bypass this?

  Old embeds and some sites/applications prevent embedded players from going full screen. This feature requires some specific HTML before the YouTube video players can even go full screen.
