sign up not allowed :P

I've been trying to sign up but the same message keeps coming up. "Sorry. Based on the information you have submitted to us, you are ineligible to register for YouTube.com." why?

  thanks. the first time i entered data i put in the wrong year of birth. subsequent entries with correct year not allowed, so i cleared the cookie cache and tried again. success! thanks
