Speed Control (play videos faster)

i don't know whether this has been mentioned before. but I've been thinking it would be pretty handy to have some control over the speed at which a video is played. I don't know how technically feasible that may be, but it would be wildly

I'm talking about cases when you're watching a video where the person is really taking their time getting to their point. Not everyone rehearses before recording, meaning you end up watching a person collect their thoughts and mutter 'emhs' half of the time. You still want to watch it, but man is it taking longgg...
