Videos in my playlist that I didn ́t add!

I have embedded Youtube videos on my blogg. Its a playlist with 5 videos. But today when I looked at the playlist at my blog I noticed that there were 8 videos! How do I stop that from happend again? At my account with Youtube I just see the 5 videos that I added.

  That shouldn't happen. You should be able to manage your custom players from your profile. Do you have any more information on the problem? Were the 3 extra videos completely random or do you have any ideas how they were added? Did you start out with 8 videos and 3 were removed? Maybe you could provide some links. Thanks :)
