Why wont youtube accept my perfectly good video??

Hey.. I get an "This video has been removed due to terms of use violation." error when i try uploading a perfectly reasonable film i made... Why is this ?? and after 2 hours I ́m still looking after the "customer email service"... where is it?

If you have copyright music or video in your upload then it will automatically be removed. Try posting on the forums for help from the community http://help.youtube.com/group/youtube... (YouTube customer support has to help thousands of other people first and I don't know how patient you are.)
