At last my faith is awakened!

AT LAST MY FAITH IS AWAKENED...........I am so tired of writng cs and getting a form letter back that of course has no relationship to what i asked, or faqs, that do not have what i need and i know what they provide, great going guys, i am already impressed. kk2
