Can I charge for my conference?
If I want to put on a conference for which people have paid to participate is there any way that I can set it up that they would come in with a password or equivalent as proof they paid?

Inappropriate?Adding a password to Web Share is high on the wish list. Watch this space. Hopefully it will be implemented in the near future.
