Setting up a scheduled meeting.
If I want to have a meeting, say in 5 days at 6PM, how do I set that up? Would I go ahead now and add my contacts and send out an email announcing that time? When that time comes, do they just log in on their own or do I have to send out another invite at that time?
Thanks,
Richard

Inappropriate? It's pretty much as you say, if all your contacts will be using the Yuuguu Desktop Application. In this case, you would add your contacts to your contact list now, and let them know outside of Yuuguu that you were scheduling a meeting, using whatever way makes sense to you.
To start the meeting, you would check your own contact list for 'all greens' - check that the people you need were on line. If they weren't, you could give them a gentle prod by email or phone.
As soon as you are 'all green' you can build your group and send the group your first message. Maybe click 'Show' to share your screen.
There is another way of doing this, and that's using Web Share. Again, you would let people know the time of the meeting yourself. When it came to for the meeting itself, you would click Web Share on your Desktop client. This will show you a URL and a PIN. You would tell all the participants about the URL and PIN to use in some way. They would then open the URL in their web browser. They can then type in the PIN - and a nickname to display - and join in.
Yuuguu doesn't currently have explicit support for scheduled meetings. There is no calendar type thing. I believe it is on the wish list for future, probably paid-for versions.
All the best - Al.

Inappropriate? Also, to clarify, the 'Invite' in Yuuguu terms is an invitation email which tells people who are not yet registered users of the Yuuguu Desktop Application where they can download that application from. It's a one-off 'please join Yuuguu' type thing, not an invitation to any specific meeting.
