Cannot view action items
Just started using Zazengo, at one point I could view my action items, now I no longer can see them, even though my dashboard shows 5 action items. When I click it, shows nothing under "incomplete" nothing under "complete" what might be happening?

I'm sorry you are having trouble accessing your Action Items. Can you let me know which project you are working on so I can take a closer look? I will also need your name that appears on Zazengo.

I did test the general functionality of the Action List / Action Items and I'm not able to repeat what you are experiencing.

Inappropriate?SS Strategic Planning is the project name and my name appears as Carol Goslin within Zazengo.

Inappropriate?Hmm. I took a look at your account from the backend and can see your action items and they seem to be linking ok to your Project page. I'm able to see the incomplete and complete list.
Can you tell me what browser version you are using? Internet Explorer or Firefox? This may be a culprit.
Not sure if you know this, but you can also reach the Action List and Items via the Project details page. From your Dashboard, click the project title. Press "Project Details" in the blue header area. Then on the left side click "Action Lists."
You will see a list. Click a title and there will be the Action Items.
What you will see on your personal dashboard (YOU > Dashboard) are action items assigned to you that are not yet marked "Complete."
Not sure if that helps. But please send me what browser version you are using. This will help determine if we have a bug that needs fixing.

I also am a member of this group. I originally set it up but when I try to view it from any other computer other than the one I used to establish the project, I run into the same problem that Gozzie has. -
Hi there, Thanks for this information. Is the other computer you tried it on also using Internet Explorer? If so, can you check the version for me? To do this, from the Internet Explorer toolbar, click Help, and then click About Internet Explorer. The version number is listed in the window that appears.

My home computer has Internet Explorer 7 -
Inappropriate?I have internet explorer. When I went through my dashboard, looked at F65 item I could see the 2 action items listed. When I then went to view the Audit Review Process, where I should see 7 action items, it list nothing under incomplete and nothing under complete.

Can you check which version of Internet Explorer you are using? Here is how to do this:
From the Internet Explorer toolbar, click Help, and then click About Internet Explorer. The version number is listed in the window that appears.

Thanks for your patience. I've been able to recreate what you are experiencing with Internet Explorer 7.0. I'm going to have our guys get this fixed.
In the meantime, can you use FireFox?
