No suggestions appearing in Live Writer

Zemanta is not working in Live Writer. I have installed it, and the link for "Zemanta Live Plugin" appears in the right-hand column of LiveWriter. Nothing happens if I click on it. No pictures are being suggested for the entry I'm working on. There is a column that opens up for the suggestions to appear in, but it's absolutely blank. It doesn't even say "Zemanta" or anything in it. (My entry has over 500 words, so that's not the problem.) I used Zemanta with LiveWriter on my old computer, and have switched now to a Vista 64-bit computer. Could that be the problem?
