Why can't I edit my feeds.

I tired loading my google reader feeds. It loaded about 100 of the 800. I have one blog checked, but cannot activate any other blogs. There is no way to edit/delete/add or activate blogs. This seems rather odd. What can I do - or better yet. Can you delete the blogs? I'll be happy with a smaller list of blogs I can edit. It's useless now.
