Wordpress 2.7 and Zemanta
Zemanta supports Wordpress 2.7 and new Wordpress.com. Since it's a big transition, we'd like to get any feedback on how we did it and if we can do something to make new Wordpress experience better for you.

Inappropriate?Just upgraded to v5.3 for Wordpress. Using wordpress 2.7 rc1. Your plugin hangs Wordpress when saving or updating a post. It just keeps trying to load something over and over. It was doing this with previous versions also.
I have deactivated the software since I am unable to prevent lockups without doing so. I will retry in a month or so when hopefully you have the kinks worked out.2 Comments

Is there any chance that you would run Zemanta with Firebug extension and Net log open, to see what Zemanta is trying to load? -
my issue seems to be corrected. have it loaded again and everything seems to be working fine. perhaps it was a network problem.

Inappropriate?I upgraded from Wordpress 2.6.3 to 2.7 in hopes that Zemanta would work as it wasn't working. So at this point I have done the same, deactivated and waiting till you all figure out how to fix the problem.

Inappropriate?the firefox 0.5.1 plug works great for wp 2.6 but does not appear to produce the links menu in 2.7 for autolinking. or, at least i can't see it anywhere1 Comment Add a comment

That's great. I can reproduce the bug our side and we'll have a fix ready shortly. You don't need to do anything, it's just going to start working for you.
As a workaround, if you enable visual editor in your WP profile, you'll get links again. -
Inappropriate?Thanks. As another workaround, I can enable the visual editor but use its HTML option to get the links as well.
