Zemanta's WLW plugin - auto-update or not?
Will Zemanta's Windows Live Writer plugin update by itself or is there any action from my side required (eg. new download of the plugin itself or similar) ?

Inappropriate?Zemanta WLW plugin checks for updates on startup. If there are any, we'll show you an update notice and ask you if you want to update.
If you installed in last week, you should already have the latest version.
Is there anything specific you are looking for us to update your Zemanta WLW Plugin with?

What I'm curious about is: I'm using not only Zemanta's WLW plugin but also the FireFox plugin (I also use Zemanta in combination w/ScribeFire).
Zemanta FF plugin is v0.5.8 - but how can I check the WLW version of Zemanta?
And no, I haven't installed Zemanta "last week" - I'm using this great plug-in now for at least 1 month ;-)

The current version of WLW will unfortunately not tell you much. As much as we try to have the versions on different platforms synchronised Firefox and WLW platforms have so little in common releases are required at different times. And the versions of those two plugins don't always match.
As Jure said. Each time we send out a new release, our plugin will notify you and send you to the download page if you require so.
