After publish in full-screen edit mode-no scroll bars on widget view page.

When I edit in full screen mode and then publish the widged, the navigation takes me to the view page of the widget (with the edit button available).The scroll bars remain removed on the widget view page. I expected the full-screen functionality to only affect the page while in edit mode. Once the editor gets closed via a publish - and I can view the details of the widget I'm working on, I expect the vertical scroll bars to be present. The up and down arrows on my keyboard still work however.
