Sorry for the late response. Are you able to login at all after this message ?
Also are there any other error messages ?

I tried creating a brand new account, and tried logging in several times, was not able to reproduce this issue. However, am investigating further .

I checked further on this issue. This error can occur if you have not completed the verification process. To do this , go to your email sent by the zembly with subject "Invitation to join zembly". Click on the accept this invitation link. Complete the registration.

This error can also occur if you get the invitation in one email, and sign up with another email...

If you still get this error please let us know.

Right on.
I got the invitation in another email account. It's OK now.
